When you book a session, sign a waiver, or interact with our website, we may collect the following information:
Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and mailing address.
Booking Information: Session dates, experience preferences, group size, payment information (processed securely through Square — we do not store card numbers), and occasion details.
Waiver Information: Digital signatures, guardian information for minors, photo/video consent preferences, and health acknowledgments.
Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information, and website usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
We use the information we collect to:
Process and manage your bookings and payments. Send booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications. Fulfill legal requirements related to liability waivers. Improve our services and customer experience. Send promotional offers and updates (only with your consent). Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
If you provide your phone number during booking or waiver signing and opt in to text messages, we may send you:
Booking confirmation and reminder texts. Post-session follow-ups. Promotional offers and event announcements (if opted in).
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We send transactional emails related to your booking (confirmations, reminders, cancellations). If you opt in, we may also send promotional emails about upcoming events, special offers, and new experiences. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to active bookings cannot be opted out of.
We may capture photos and videos during your session for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. During waiver signing, you have the option to opt out of photo and video usage. If you opt out, we will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from published media. If you have concerns about specific content, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
All payments are processed securely through Square. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or other sensitive payment data on our servers. Square's payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our business (payment processing, email delivery, analytics), but only to the extent necessary to provide these services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Signed waivers are retained for a minimum of 3 years after expiration. Booking records are retained for tax and business purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve website functionality and analyze usage patterns. We use Facebook Pixel for advertising measurement. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
Our services are available to participants ages 6 and up. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and sign the liability waiver. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
