We Come to You

Mobile VR Arena

Hosting an event and want to add something your guests have never experienced? We bring our entire free-roam VR arena to your location with a dedicated host and our full game library.

Fully Mobile Setup

We bring our complete free-roam VR arena to your event anywhere in the Portland/Vancouver area. Six wireless headsets, a full game library of 40+ titles, boundary markers, networking equipment, and a dedicated game host — all you provide is the space.

Scales to Any Crowd

A single arena handles 6 players at a time with 3–4 games per player per hour. For example, a group of 12 over a 3-hour event means everyone gets about 6 games each. Want escape adventures instead? Each one takes about 50 minutes, so every group of 6 gets a full adventure. Need more capacity? Our dual arena setup puts 12 players in VR simultaneously, each in their own 20x20 foot play space.

Every Kind of Event

Corporate team building, grad night parties, wedding receptions, neighborhood events, community festivals, holiday attractions, and more. Our mobile VR arena works in gyms, conference centers, hotel ballrooms, warehouses, and large offices.

Our Team Travels With the Arena

When you book a mobile event, you get the same dedicated technical and game host team that runs our venue. We do not cut corners or send a skeleton crew. Our team sets up the full arena, manages the technology, curates games to your audience, and runs every session with the same attention to detail and energy that our guests experience at our home location.

Every mobile event is a top-tier, fully hosted experience. Your guests will never know the difference between our arena and our venue — except that we came to them.

Capacity Planning

How Many Guests Can Play?

Up to 6 players per game, with most games lasting 8 to 15 minutes. Guests rotate in and out, so a steady stream of people can cycle through all day. For a 3-hour event, you can typically get 60 or more individual plays through the arena.

For larger crowds, we can bring a second arena and run both simultaneously with 12 players at a time. Each arena needs its own 20x20 foot space. Contact us for dual-arena pricing.

Escape room games run 15 to 60 minutes and work especially well for team-building scenarios where you want groups to work together on a longer challenge. Co-op games like Cook'd Up are also great for team building, requiring players to assign roles, coordinate timing, and communicate under pressure.

Pricing depends on event duration, location, and number of arenas. Email us at info@epicadventuresvr.com with your event details and we will send you a quote.
