These terms and conditions govern your use of Epic Adventures VR services, operated by Epic Experiences LLC ("we," "us," "our"), located at 5305 NE 121st Ave, Suite 806, Vancouver, WA 98682. By booking a session, signing a waiver, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are listed on our website and may change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the price paid. Each booking is for a private session — your group will have exclusive access to the venue during your reserved time.
Card on file. When you complete a booking payment, the payment method you use is securely stored with our payment processor (Square) as a card on file linked to your customer record. We may charge this card for subsequent authorized transactions related to your booking — for example, time extensions you request on-site, no-show fees per our cancellation policy, or damages assessed per our venue rules. The card information itself is held by Square, not by Epic Adventures; we hold only a reference identifier. You can request removal of your card on file at any time by contacting us at the email below.
Full refund if cancelled 14 or more days before your scheduled session. Within 14 days of your session, cancellations are not available, but you may reschedule your booking to a different date at no charge. Rescheduling is subject to availability. No-shows are not eligible for refund. To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us at (360) 281-0666.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable. Vouchers may be applied to any VR arena session or escape adventure. Any unused balance remains on the voucher until expiration. Lost voucher codes cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
All participants must complete a digital liability waiver before participating in VR activities. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver. Waivers are valid for one year from the date of signing. Details of the waiver are available at the time of signing.
VR experiences are available for participants ages 6 and up. Participants under 10 may play only if a parent or guardian is also playing with them. Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian to sign the liability waiver. We reserve the right to refuse service if age requirements are not met.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Epic Adventures staff. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during VR activities. We reserve the right to end a session and remove participants who fail to follow safety rules or behave in a manner that endangers others. No refunds will be issued for sessions ended due to participant misconduct.
Program Name: Epic Adventures VR Booking Notifications
Description: Automated text messages related to your bookings, including confirmations, reminders, and promotional offers (if opted in).
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Typically 1-3 messages per booking.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future text messages.

Promo codes are subject to their individual terms, including expiration dates and usage limits. Only one promo code may be applied per booking unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Epic Experiences LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic Experiences LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking or service in question.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Washington.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
