Forget the trust falls and icebreaker games your employees dread. VR puts your team into shared challenges that naturally reveal communication styles, problem-solving ability, and leadership.
VR escape rooms and co-op games like Cook'd Up require genuine collaboration, task delegation, and communication under pressure. Your team builds real skills while having fun, not sitting through another trust fall exercise.
Host your corporate event at our private venue in Vancouver, WA or we bring our mobile VR arena to your office, conference center, or event space anywhere in the Portland/Vancouver area.
Up to 25 guests at our venue with 6 players in the arena at a time and 3–4 games per player per hour. A group of 12 gets about 6 games each over a 3-hour event. For larger groups at your location, our dual arena setup puts 12 players in VR simultaneously.
Our VR escape rooms and co-op games like Cook'd Up require real collaboration: clear communication, task delegation, and creative problem-solving. You learn more about how your team works in 30 minutes of VR than a full day of workshops.
Give your team an experience they will actually talk about. VR gaming is novel enough that even your most jaded employees will be engaged. Most groups leave asking when they can come back.
Holiday parties, quarterly celebrations, department outings. Our venue holds up to 25 with VR arena, retro gaming, and space for catered food.
Our mobile VR arena can be set up at your location. All you need is a 20x20 foot indoor space and a power outlet. We bring the rest. For larger groups, we can run two arenas side by side for 12 simultaneous players.
VR escape rooms and co-op challenges require real teamwork to solve. In a game like Cook'd Up, your team has to assign roles, coordinate timing, and communicate under pressure to succeed. It happens naturally because the challenge demands it, not because a facilitator told everyone to share their feelings.
VR is new to most people. Titles and seniority disappear when the CFO is just as confused as the intern. It levels the playing field in a way few activities can.
Watch from the sidelines as your team navigates challenges. Who takes charge? Who listens? Who stays calm? It is an organic, low-stakes way to see your team dynamics in action.
No one has ever groaned when told the company outing is VR gaming. The novelty factor alone gets people engaged before they even put the headset on.
